Proses Pembuatan Lontong

  1. Belanja kepasar beli bahan : kelapa, daging , daun  pisang, bumbu, kentang, wortel
  2. Daging, kentang, wortel di cacah lembut di buatkan bumbu dan di masak
  3. Buat adonan plus santan sampai matang
  4. Bungkus lontong dengan daun pisang dimasukkan isi dalamnya plus di selipin cabe.
  5. Di rebus sampai matang minimal 1/2 jam
  6. Lontong siap di nikmati
